Job Description

This strategic role involves overseeing end-to-end service delivery operations, including AMC management, installation and service sales, ensuring exceptional service standards and long-term client satisfaction.



As part of Radiant's leadership in service excellence, the selected professional will play a vital role driving AMC renewals and optimizing service sales performance, and ensuring operational efficiency across all service functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage technical service delivery operations, ensuring timely installations and seamless client onboarding.

Oversee Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs) -- from negotiation and renewal to performance tracking and client communication.

Drive service sales initiatives, identifying opportunities to enhance recurring revenue through value-added services.

Collaborate closely with OEMs, internal technical teams, and clients to ensure alignment with service-level agreements and quality benchmarks.

Establish and monitor processes, KPIs, and escalation frameworks to maintain consistent delivery excellence.

Foster strong client relationships by ensuring proactive support, technical guidance, and post-installation satisfaction.

Preferred Profile:

8-10+ years of experience in Service Delivery Management, AMC Operations, or Post-Sales Services.

Proven expertise in managing large-scale service projects, client contracts, and AMC renewals.

Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, networking, and system integration.

Demonstrated ability to lead technical teams, manage client expectations, and deliver measurable results.

Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills with a customer-centric approach.
