We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual to support our GM - Services (Technical) with day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks. The role involves managing service-related documentation, coordinating with OEMs and suppliers, and assisting in the procurement of spare parts.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with OEMs and suppliers to collect spare parts lists, manuals, and service documentation.
Prepare and issue Purchase Orders (POs) and track delivery status.
Maintain and update records for spare parts, service reports, and AMC schedules.
Assist in organizing data for service projects and technical reports.
Support the GM - Services in ensuring timely communication, documentation, and follow-ups.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of data in Excel/ERP systems.
Provide general administrative support to the Service team as needed.
Requirements:
Diploma or Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering preferred
Basic understanding of spare parts and technical drawings
Proficiency in MS Excel and general documentation and record keeping.
Strong attention to detail and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
Willingness to learn and grow within a technical service environment.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Base Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
