Supports the local Sales organization/customers in determining the most technically appropriate and cost-effective solutions to meet their power quality requirements.
Provides technical support during the technical meeting and product presentations. Leads the technical discussion with customers, formulates technical solution w.r.t to power quality & harmonic analysis, recommends the best power quality solution post analysis and prepares technical proposal for the same.
Offers product/solution training.
Prepares and checks technical articles for publication.

Offer preparation
Prepares & supports preparation of technical proposals based on customers expectations in terms of power quality and organizational directives.
Participates in the kick off meeting organized by the project team, wherever required. Coordinates with Engineering team, Project management team, SCM, front tend team, end customers etc. and provide required support in each Project / Tender.
