Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Technical Sales Representative, based in New Delhi. The Technical Sales Representative will be responsible for generating leads, promoting AI-driven solutions, cloud services, cybersecurity offerings, and IT hardware and software solutions, building strong customer relationships, and providing technical expertise during sales presentations.

The role also involves addressing customer inquiries, delivering product and solution demonstrations, and ensuring customer satisfaction with the solutions provided. Collaboration with internal teams for training, solution alignment, and staying updated on emerging technologies across AI, cloud infrastructure, and information security is an integral part of this role.

Qualifications

Proficiency in Technical Sales and Sales techniques, including lead generation and closing deals

Strong Customer Service skills to address inquiries and build long-term client relationships

Excellent Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively present solutions and negotiate with customers

Experience in providing Training related to product features and technical integrations

Proactive approach to learning and applying knowledge of IT hardware, software, and cloud-based solutions

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field is preferred

Proven experience in technical sales or IT solutions sales will be an advantage
