Job Summary:

We are hiring a Technical Sales & Service Executive who will play a key role in building

customer relationships and providing technical support related to our Web Offset Ink

products. This position offers a hybrid work model - work from home combined with

regular visits to Gondia and client sites as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Generate leads and convert them into long-term customers.


Provide technical support for ink application and printing press issues (on-site &

remote).


Conduct ink trials and assist clients with troubleshooting and optimization.


Coordinate with the manufacturing and R&D teams to fulfill client requirements.


Maintain documentation of trials, service reports, and customer feedback.


Travel as required for customer visits, press trials, and on-site problem-solving.


Support client onboarding and post-sales relationship management.


Represent KD Ink in trade shows, seminars, and client meetings.

Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Printing Technology, Chemistry, or a related field.


2+ years of experience in technical sales or printing ink service (Web Offset preferred).


Solid understanding of offset printing and ink performance.


Good communication and relationship management skills.


Comfortable working independently in a hybrid setup.


Must be based in or able to travel to Gondia and surrounding areas regularly.


Familiarity with digital reporting tools is a plus.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
