*Job Responsibilities and Duties
*Provide client support remotely on inbound calls related to computers, printers and related devices
.Endeavour to respond to all customer requests in a timely manner while improving customerexperience.
Provide complete explanation about the problem and resolution to the customer and convert intoleads or sales.Ability to perform troubleshooting on issues related to computers, printers etc with US customers.

Required skills*Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.Critical thinking and problem solving - must be able to identify both simple and complex computerproblems, analyse them, and solve them.
Should possess good professional and telephonic etiquette's.
