Identify and track all ongoing and upcoming infrastructure and construction projects requiring LRPC HT Strands within the assigned territory.
Engage with key stakeholders including project developers, EPC contractors, Stressing Agencies, consultants, and procurement teams to generate new business opportunities.
Excellent understanding of customer's buying process including hierarchy and decision-making authorities
Building relationships: Work to build long-term, strategic partnerships with the clients. Develop trust and understand the customer's needs
Contact potential customers to showcase company products and services, make cold calls to prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
Maintain regular engagement with existing clients to ensure repeat orders and explore cross-selling opportunities.
Prepare and present techno-commercial proposals, conduct price negotiations, and close sales contracts.
Order Execution and After-Sales Support
Coordinate with internal teams (warehouse, logistics, production) to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.
Provide post-sales support, including resolving delivery-related queries and ensuring proper documentation.
Conduct site visits, where required, to provide technical support, monitor usage, and strengthen client relationships.
General Business Requirements
Prepare presentations, proposals and sales contracts.
Participate in exhibitions, conferences and networking events
Analyze sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
Keeping track of competitor / M=market intelligence
Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
Proven experience in sales and business development in the steel industry.
Good personality with excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
Should be confident to interact and build relationship with senior management of customers
Strong sales skills
Proficient with computers (MS Office, emails, calendar, alerts, reminders etc.)
Ready to travel and extensive field work (within Mumbai Metropolitan Region)
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
