Sales Officers
with a focus on promoting and expanding our 100% natural, preservative-free food product range.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain relationships with retail stores, supermarkets, pharmacies, wellness hubs and key outlets within the assigned district.
Drive product placement, visibility, and sales growth in line with company objectives.
Execute promotional campaigns and provide product knowledge to retailers and customers.
Collect and analyze market feedback to support strategic decisions.
Achieve monthly coverage and sales targets through structured route planning.
Eligibility Criteria
Education:
Preferably Science Graduates (with or without experience).
Freshers with strong communication and learning ability are encouraged to apply.
Passion for sales, health, and nutrition-focused products.
Must have a two-wheeler with a valid driving license.
Willingness to travel extensively within the district.
Compensation & Benefits
Stipend/Salary + Daily Allowance:
Up to ₹15,000 (based on experience & calibre).
Petrol Reimbursement:
?2.50/km for actual coverage as per Google Maps.
On successful completion of the training period, candidates will be promoted to
Sales Officer
with higher pay and additional benefits.
