Working Location - Sundargarh, Keonjhar, Mayurbhanj Required Educational Qualification: BTECH CIVIL / Civil Engineer Minimum Diploma /Civil Engineer Graduate /Must have knowledge in AutoCAD. Experience -- Customer Service & solutions Experience (preferably in steel /cement /construction sector/ minimum 3 Years experience in required / Civil with sales experience will be added advantage. s: (specify the salient features of job requirements):

• Engineering Planning & foundation / Drawing & designing of building plan through AutoCAD.
• curve competitions, create unit\xe2\x80\x99s business synergy to improve system and strategies and monitoring.
• \xc2\xb7 Responsible for regularly visit and establish relationship with the Influencers as civil engineers, architects, masons etc who can make difference in the business.
• - Provide Technical Support to Consumers, Dealers and other Employees of the Organization On Product, Architecture and other Related Activities.
• - Conduct Site Visit as per Requirement from the Customers and Advice Them On Structural Best Practices.
• - Guide Customers in Getting Design Details for Their House Construction.
• - Conduct Workshops or Presentations for Customers to Enhance Their Awareness on Good Construction Practices and Use of Material Etc.
• - If require can have to visit Architects and Engineers, Masons for product influence.
• - Provide Inputs On Optimizing the Material
• - Imparting Training to Masons and Bar Binders On Construction Practices.
• - Support the Sales and Marketing Team in Responding to Complaints and Queries of Consumers.
• - Liaising with clients and a variety of professionals including architects and subcontractors
• - Compiling job specs and supervising tendering procedures
• - Managing budgets and project resources
• - Scheduling material and equipment purchases and deliveries
• \xc2\xb7 Support the sales and marketing team in responding to quarries/complaints of consumers.
• \xc2\xb7 Conduct session to build awareness of customers on good construction practices, use of materials etc and guide customers in getting design details for their house construction.
• \xc2\xb7 Provide technical support to consumers, dealers and also our internal team associated with Tata tiscon and interface with other divisions.
• \xc2\xb7 Timely ensure convergence meeting among consumers, influencers, dealers for product diffusion and for positive change in consumption behavior and demand generation initiatives.
• Achieve by supporting sales team for monthly/quarterly business/Sales target and growth,
• Prepare Dealer wise sales plan, prepare personal journey plan, and buildco-ordination, liaison and relationship with dealers, Civil engineers, masons etc.
• Ability to have leadidentification, lead managementincluding conversion.
• Track dealers /sub-dealer\xe2\x80\x99s performance and facilitate for capacity building and sales growth.
• Conduct meeting with the different stake holders.
• Build consumer/influencer connect as per territory given andtheir management.
• Regular co-ordination with in charge MIS and internal stakeholders.
• Manage Outstanding with Dealers / Sales proceeds realization.
• Sales Promotion through PPA, schemes, initiatives.
• Dealers/sub-dealers Management
• Ability on digital way of doing business, Data Management and analysis& reporting
• Ability to having working skills on Excel, Power point and e-communication
