Fidael Power Solutions is looking for a dynamic and technically strong

Electrical Sales Engineer

to drive sales and project growth in the area of

Lightning Protection and Earthing Systems

. The role requires a blend of engineering knowledge, consultative selling skills, and a strong commitment to customer safety and satisfaction.

The candidate will be responsible for generating new business, managing existing client relationships, and providing technical solutions aligned with national and international safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Promote and sell

Lightning Protection Systems (LPS)

,

Earthing Solutions

to industries, contractors, consultants, builders, institutions, and corporate clients. Conduct

site visits

, assess customer needs, and recommend suitable protection systems based on risk assessment and safety guidelines. Provide

technical presentations

, product demonstrations, and client training to explain system design, benefits, and compliance requirements. Prepare and submit

technical proposals

, BOQs, system layouts, and cost estimates as per project specifications. Coordinate with the engineering and installation teams for seamless project execution. Maintain strong customer relationships and provide after-sales support for queries, inspections, and troubleshooting. Track market trends, competitor products, and new project opportunities. Achieve assigned

sales targets

and contribute to business strategy and growth. Ensure all solutions meet

IS/IEC standards

, safety norms, and company quality guidelines.

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong understanding of

electrical systems, lightning protection, grounding, and surge protection

. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, and protection layouts. Customer-focused mindset with the ability to provide reliable and safety-driven solutions. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with engineering teams. Proficiency in MS Office; AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage.

Pay: ?40,764.21 - ?70,830.92 per month
