This role requires strong technical understanding, customer relationship management, and the ability to work with contractors, consultants, EPC companies, and PSU clients.
Responsibilities
Provide technical explanations to customers regarding fire doors, hardware, passive fire protection products, and relevant Indian Standards.
Assist customers with product selection, specifications, drawings, and compliance documentation.
Maintain strong relationships with architects, consultants, contractors, EPC companies, and government buyers.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demos, and site visits.
Identify new opportunities and upcoming projects in the market.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and quality teams.
Maintain sales reports, CRM updates, and customer records.
Skills & Requirements
Strong technical understanding (training can be provided).
Ability to read drawings, BOQs, and specifications.
Good communication and customer-facing skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Willingness to travel for meetings and site visits.
Experience in building materials, fire doors, construction hardware, industrial products, or PFP solutions is preferred.
