About the Role:
Aliter Business Solutions is seeking a highly driven and technically proficient
Technical Sales Manager
to lead the expansion of our
IT & IoT product sales
. This role requires a
hardcore sales professional with strong technical acumen
who can engage with enterprise clients, understand their pain points, and propose tailored solutions. The candidate will be responsible for
end-to-end sales execution, from lead generation to solution consultation, deal negotiation, and closure.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Solution Sales:
Understand customer requirements and present
IoT, IT, ERP, and automation solutions
that align with their business needs.
New Business Development:
Identify and pursue
high-value B2B sales opportunities
across industries.
Pre-Sales & Consultative Selling:
Collaborate with technical teams to prepare
product demos, presentations, and proof-of-concepts
for prospective clients.
Lead Generation & Pipeline Management:
Build a strong sales pipeline through
networking, cold calling, and strategic outreach.
Sales Strategy & Execution:
Develop and implement
aggressive sales strategies
to penetrate new markets and drive revenue growth.
Deal Closing & Negotiation:
Manage the
entire sales cycle
, negotiate contracts, and close large-scale B2B deals.
Industry & Market Insights:
Stay updated on
IoT, smart manufacturing, cloud computing, and automation trends
to position Aliter's solutions effectively.
Client & Partner Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with
key decision-makers, technology partners, and system integrators.
Sales Performance Tracking:
Monitor and report on
sales performance, pipeline status, and market trends
to senior management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
4+ years of experience
in hardcore B2B sales of
IT, IoT, ERP, or automation solutions.
Technical understanding
of
IoT architecture, cloud computing, ERP, smart manufacturing, and automation technologies.
Proven ability to
sell complex technical solutions to C-level executives and enterprise clients.
Strong
negotiation, consultative selling, and deal-closing skills
for high-value sales.
Experience in
pre-sales, solution pitching, and product demonstrations.
Excellent
communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in
CRM tools, sales analytics, and pipeline management.
