Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow
B2B sales
of specialty chemicals used in colour cosmetics
Provide
technical support and formulation guidance
to customers
Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable
pigments, dispersions, and functional additives
Develop and maintain strong relationships with
cosmetic manufacturers and brand owners
Generate new leads and convert them into long-term business opportunities
Conduct product presentations, technical discussions, and sample evaluations
Coordinate with
R&D, sourcing, and supply chain teams
for smooth execution
Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and new product developments
Achieve sales targets and support business expansion strategies
Required Skills & Competencies
Qualification:
B.Sc./M.Sc. Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or related field
Strong technical background in
cosmetic chemistry or specialty chemicals
Proven experience in
technical sales or business development
Excellent communication and customer-handling skills
Ability to bridge
technical knowledge with commercial sales
Negotiation and relationship-management skills
Willingness to travel for customer meetings and business development
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in selling
raw materials to cosmetic or personal care manufacturers
Exposure to
colour cosmetic applications
Understanding of customer formulation challenges and market requirements
