We are growing our team and are on the lookout for a motivated Sales Manager to propel business growth within the mechanical engineering sector.



Key Responsibilities::



Meet and surpass sales goals through proactive lead generation, cold calling, and engaging with clients. Establish and nurture strong relationships with both existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business. Create effective sales strategies, keep an eye on market trends, and evaluate competitor activities. Work collaboratively with production and sales teams to guarantee excellent customer service. Generate sales reports and attend industry exhibitions as needed.

Requirements:



2-3 years of exprience in the B2B Sales field of mechanical engineering Familiarity with manufacturing processes & tooling. Skilled in CRM software, sales reporting, and market analysis. Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering is highly preferred
