Job Description

We are looking for Technical Sales Manager, and not a Project sales candidate.Looking for candidates from Chemicals, building materials industryEducation: B Tech Civil is mandatory.Key Responsibilities:- Identify and generate new leads through market mapping, referrals, and cold calls- Collaborate with marketing for lead campaigns- Meet customers and project stakeholders as per sales funnel- Prepare and update visit schedules- Present technical benefits to architects, consultants, developers, and contractors- Ensure product is technically specified and approved- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers- Resolve concerns, ensure high satisfaction- Ensure seamless handover from sales to operations after order confirmation- Support in coordinating site readiness- Track invoicing status and follow up with clients for timely payments- Coordinate with finance for collection updates- Maintain updated CRM records, daily activity reports, and client interaction notes- Share MIS reports with manager weekly (ref:updazz.com)
