Experience required- Fresher to 2 yrs of experience

Gender- Only Male

Location- Kolkata

Age - 32yrs

Compensation- up to 20k

Must have 2 Wheeler with License

Qualification- Graduation (Diploma in Mechanical is preferred)

Fluent in English & Hindi

Must have basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, PPT, Gmail

Working hours- 10am to 7pm

Working Days- Mon to Sat

Responsibilities 1. Performing market research.

2. Making Product quote, keeping track of payments and synchronizing with Sales team for follow

up from clients.

3. Perform all sales related back office work in harmony with the Sales team

4. Handling Sales Escalation

5. Making of Contracts for and work orders with various quotations as required.

6. Assisting and coordinating with the sales team.

7. Organizing staff meetings and updating calendars.

8. Processing company receipts, invoices, and bills.

9. Assisting and supporting management.

10. Maintaining V tiger CRM as per ISO norms

11. Build positive and productive relationships with clients for business growth.

12. Manage all paperwork (PI etc.), filling and contracts in a well-defined structured way.

13. Follow up for payments with clients in proper manner.

14. Address client concerns promptly and professionally.

15. Inform clients about company products, services and promotions.

16. Ensure that client requests are handled timely and accurately

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ?250,000.00 per year
