Job Summary:
The Technical Sales Executive is responsible for promoting and selling company products by providing technical support, understanding customer needs, and building strong business relationships. The role combines sales skills with technical knowledge to achieve business targets and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers.
Identify potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into business opportunities.
Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions with customers.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable product solutions.
Coordinate with the production and logistics teams for timely delivery and customer support.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Visit hatcheries/facilities regularly for product trials, feedback, and support.
Prepare sales reports, market analysis, and competitor updates.
Participate in exhibitions, seminars, and promotional events.
Ensure proper documentation, quotations, and follow-ups for all sales activities.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Science, Aquaculture, Engineering, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in aquaculture, biotechnology, or technical products.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Ability to understand technical concepts and explain them clearly to customers.
Willingness to travel extensively.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
