We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Technical Sales Consultant to join our team, capable of transforming support calls into valuable revenue through strategic and effective plan recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze user issues meticulously and align them with the most suitable subscription plans, ensuring a tailored experience for each customer.

- Leverage your expertise to upsell and cross-sell additional services during troubleshooting interactions, maximizing both customer benefits and company revenue.

- Foster and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction throughout the purchasing process and beyond, ensuring that every client feels valued and supported.

Requirements:

- Proven experience in roles that bridge technical support and sales, showcasing a unique blend of problem-solving skills and sales acumen.

- Exceptional fluency in English combined with a consultative sales approach, allowing for effective communication and relationship building with clients.
