5-8 years' relevant experience

Qualification

: Bsc. Graduate or Diploma/Degree in Chemical Engg. /Textile Engg.

Objectives:

looking for an enthusiastic technical sales executive to join our growing sales team. In this role, you will be required to source new customers and business contacts, demonstrate the technical details of our products, drive sales, and maintain strong customer relations.

To ensure success as a technical sales executive, you should have strong knowledge of technical and a passion for sales, and the ability to travel. Ultimately, a top-class technical sales executive drives business by understanding the needs of the client and providing them with the right product choices.

Responsibilities:



Analyzing Customer needs, recommendation of products with technical presentation with benefits and growth of business.

Forecast Sales goals based on analytics and implement sales plan for the company all over India.

Attending and participating in product trainings and conferences

Understand the enquiries from prospective clients passed on by our Principal companies,

Understand their product requirement, consumption & Offer them the best suited product with a quotation

Addressing customer queries and advising them on various technological upgrades

Travelling to different locations and briefing customers about new product launches and range

Commercialize and generate revenues

Work online for more market research and share of the existing products, competition analysis, pricing & supply strategies.

Sampling & Documentation, Presentations

Conduct trials /guide customer for trials. Coordinate with Technical Sales Persons of principle companies.

Building new customer relations and maintaining the existing ones

Follow up with existing customers for outstanding / future sales orders and payment.

Coach, mentor & Motivate sales persons.

Computer knowledge

: MS office- specially MS Excel, MS outlook, Power Point Presentation & ERP

Skills:
Good communication skills

able to work under deadlines and pressure

passionate to accept challenges

good in closing sales

Need to Travel (Compulsory)

Salary:

Up to 7 Lac P.A + Yearly bonus + Performance bonus & all other benefits as per company's standard rules and regulations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
