Nalsa Medical Electronics is hiring a
Technical Sales Executive
to support sales and clinical adoption of
hospital-grade medical equipment
and solutions.
This is a field-oriented technical sales role involving hospital visits, on-site demonstrations, follow-ups, and coordination with internal teams. The role requires a technical background and comfort working in hospital environments.
Key Responsibilities
Visit private hospitals across Rajasthan and other regions for product introduction and follow-ups
Explain medical equipment and solutions in clear, practical terms
Coordinate and support on-site product demonstrations
Handle first-level technical and application-related queries
Maintain structured follow-ups with hospitals and prospects
Identify serious opportunities and escalate qualified leads to senior management
Collect market feedback related to hospital requirements and alternatives
Support documentation and coordination required for evaluations or trials

Not a desk-based or remote role
Note: This is a hospital-facing, field-based technical sales role.
Preferred Qualifications
B.Tech / B.E.
in: Electronics & Communication, Electronics & Instrumentation, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics or related branches
MBA
(Marketing) - preferred but not mandatory
Experience
1-4 years experience preferred
Prior exposure to hospitals, medical devices, or healthcare environments is strongly preferred
Required Skills
Medical device / technical sales exposure
Understanding of electronic or medical equipment
Strong communication and follow-up skills
Willingness to travel frequently within Jaipur and outside
Professional, patient, and consultative sales approach
Ability to understand hospital workflows and requirements
