Troubleshoot technical issues for US/Canada customers concerning computers and printers.
Research prospects and generate leads to build a strong sales pipeline.
Contact potential and existing customers via phone and email.
Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
Manage the sales process using specific software tools.
Build and maintain a comprehensive CRM database.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Actively participate in sales team meetings and collaborative efforts.
Eligibility Criteria
Experience
: 0-1 year in a customer care or related role (Freshers are encouraged to apply).
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Self-motivated with a drive for success and a proactive approach.
Confident communicator, particularly with business directors and C-level executives.
Quick relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
