Accompany the MD on site visits, meetings, and business travel.
Assist in technical documentation, proposals, and product presentations.
Provide backend support for the sales team including preparing quotations, data sheets, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with clients for technical queries and arrange field/lab trials when needed.
Learn and support product applications
Support the commissioning and troubleshooting team in understanding project requirements.
Maintain CRM/database records of client communications and follow-ups.
