General Summary: To generate qualified leads by visiting the client\'s place (80%) and by tele-calling (20%) and providing solutions by AutoCAD, Trimble & Chaos family of products (i.e. presenting multiple products as a \'solution.\') This includes AutoCAD, Sketchup, Vray and many more, Technical Communication, Product Demonstration and many more. Responsible for software solution sales in the AEC segment. Responsible for entire sales-cycle, starting from suspecting, prospecting, opportunity development, revenue generation and sales closure. Essential Job Functions: Research and identification of ideal prospects Seeking new clients and opportunities and providing them with all the possible information and details related to the AEC Products. Setting up demonstrations, showcasing products and solutions while relating them to the customer\'s business needs. Understanding customer\'s Workflow, Processes, and Products used. Progress qualified opportunities through technical & commercial justification. Closing the case in an ideal time interval. Conduct various market development activities - like webinar, seminar & social media. Provide accurate forecasts and achieve/exceed your assigned targets and goals. Candidates with exposure to the Architecture/Construction/Infrastructure industry would be given preference. It is a target-based field Sales job. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Strong skills in oral and written communication Good analytical and Interpersonal skills Ability to communicate with employees and various business contacts in a professional and courteous manner. Prociency & conversant with AutoCAD, SketchUp, Vray Skills in operating equipment such as Laptop/Desktop and all basic Software, Email Applications, CRM, etc. Ability to organize multiple work assignments and establish priorities. Ability to negotiate with others and resolve conflicts, particularly in sensitive situations Ability to pay close attention to detail and to ensure accuracy of reports and data Segments : Architect, Electrical, Construction, MEP, HVAC Education: Any Graduate - Preferred - BE/Diploma in Architecture/Interior/Civil/Mechanical.. The position shall be based in Mumbai but requires travel within Mumbai, Navi Mumbai & Thane.
