Role Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused
Technical Sales Executive
to join our team in Mangalore. The role involves client meetings, pre-sales activities, and effective customer relationship management to support business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle customer inquiries and maintain strong client relationships.
Conduct client meetings and product/service presentations.
Support pre-sales activities including requirement gathering and proposal preparation.
Coordinate with internal technical teams for smooth project execution.
Identify new business opportunities and assist in achieving sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of client communications and sales activities.
Provide feedback to enhance customer experience and service quality.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in sales, customer handling, or business development (Freshers with excellent communication skills can also apply).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (Zoho CRM knowledge is an added advantage).
Ability to work independently and in coordination with the technical team.
