Technical Sales Executive
to join our growing team. In this role, you will identify business opportunities, understand client requirements, and promote our software solutions effectively. We are looking for someone who is confident, persuasive, and eager to grow in the IT sales domain.
Key Responsibilities
Generate new leads and identify potential clients for Nyflextec's software products and services.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical solutions.
Conduct product demonstrations and explain software features in simple, clear language.
Follow up on leads, maintain sales pipelines, and meet monthly/quarterly targets.
Build strong relationships with clients and ensure excellent customer satisfaction.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain CRM data, prepare sales reports, and update management regularly.
Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and new technologies.
Requirements
Graduate in any stream (B.Tech, BCA, B.Sc IT preferred but not mandatory).
1-2 years of experience in Technical Sales / Software Sales / IT Sales .
Good understanding of software products or IT services.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
