We are seeking a
Technical Sales Executive
with hands-on knowledge of electronics who can expand our customer base and handle day-to-day sales operations efficiently.
Job Summary
The Technical Sales Executive will be responsible for
managing customer inquiries, preparing quotations
, and
driving sales
through both online and offline channels. The ideal candidate should be technically sound in electronics and have strong communication and sales skills.
Key Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries through email, phone, and online chat.
Prepare quotations, invoices, and follow up for order confirmations.
Identify new
B2B clients
and maintain relationships with existing customers.
Work with the logistics and warehouse team to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Analyze competitor pricing and market trends.
Prepare and maintain sales reports in
Excel
and
Tally Prime
.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Minimum
2 years of experience
in electronics sales or related field.
Good understanding of
electronic components, modules
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in
MS Excel
,
Tally Prime
, and basic knowledge of
e-commerce platforms
.
Customer-oriented attitude with good problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
Education
Diploma
or
Bachelor's Degree
in
Electronics / Electrical / Instrumentation / MBA Marketing
or a related discipline.
Salary
Commensurate with experience and performance.
Incentives
