Role Overview

The Technical Sales Assistant - Agronomy will support dealers, distributors, and farmers by providing agronomic guidance, promoting Mythree Agro Tech's product portfolio, and driving sales in the Belagavi region. The role requires strong technical knowledge of agriculture along with the ability to assist the sales team in field activities, product demonstrations, and customer support.

Key ResponsibilitiesAgronomy & Technical Support

Provide agronomic advisory to farmers and dealers on crop management, nutrient management, soil health, and pest & disease solutions. Conduct field visits, demonstrations, and plot trials to showcase product performance. Educate customers on proper usage of fertilizers, seeds, mulch films, drip irrigation, and other inputs offered by Mythree Agro Tech. Collect field data, crop issues, and farmer insights to improve product positioning.

Sales Assistance

Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Assist in dealer/distributor meetings, product promotion activities, and field campaigns. Generate leads from field interactions and support in dealer onboarding. Track product movement and support the sales officer with actionable field intelligence.

Market Intelligence

Gather information on competitor products, pricing, schemes, and market trends. Provide block-level and village-level insights on cropping patterns and farmer requirements. Identify new potential markets and opportunities for product expansion.

Customer Relationship Management

Maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key farmers in the region. Support in handling field complaints and coordinating product feedback. Ensure high customer satisfaction through timely technical guidance.
