Promote and manage sales for industrial and electronic process materials and equipment including:
Solder Paste, Solder Wire, TAC Flux, and Solder Preforms
EMS & Metal Cleaning Solutions for Industrial, Aerospace, and Defense applications
Precision Soldering and De-soldering Solutions, SMT Rework Stations, and Convection Rework Systems
Fume Extraction Systems
Precision Manual and Robotic Dispensing Systems, including Dispensing Valves, Syringe Barrels, Two-component Dispensing, and Jetting (Non-contact Dispensing) solutions
Identify, develop, and maintain strong relationships with customers across EMS, Aerospace, and Defense industries.
Understand customer requirements and propose suitable solutions from MELSS's product portfolio.
Collaborate with internal technical teams to prepare proposals, quotations, and conduct product demonstrations.
Manage existing accounts while identifying new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
Gather market feedback and competitor intelligence to support business planning.
Requirements Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electronics, Electrical, or a related field.
3 - 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in Electronic Manufacturing Materials, Soldering, Dispensing, or Rework Systems.
The candidate must either have strong technical knowledge of industrial/electronic process equipment OR possess an established customer base in the relevant technical industry (EMS, Aerospace, or Defense).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Ability to travel for client meetings, product demos, and technical discussions.
Preferred Attributes:
Experience in selling Soldering, Cleaning, or Dispensing Solutions for industrial applications.
Exposure to SMT process lines, rework systems, and automated dispensing setups.
Strong customer relationship management and networking abilities.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and capable of working independently.
