INNOSOL Lifting Pvt Ltd is a fast-growing company in Chennai supplying premium Material Handling Equipment (Electric Stackers, Forklifts, Pallet Trucks) to major industries. We are looking for an energetic Field Sales Engineer to join our team and expand our customer base

The Role:
This is NOT a desk job. You will be the face of INNOSOL, visiting factories and warehouses across Chennai's industrial hubs (Ambattur, Oragadam, Sriperumbudur, Tada etc.) to identify customer needs and close deals.?
Key Responsibilities:
Field Visits:
Daily travel to customer sites to identify new sales opportunities.?
Technical Consultation:
Meet Factory Managers, take site measurements (aisle width, lifting height), and recommend the correct equipment.?
Lead Generation:
Scout for new warehouses/factories and introduce INNOSOL products.
Closing Deals:
Prepare quotations, negotiate, and convert inquiries into orders.

Reporting:
Submit a daily activity report to the Director.?
Who Should Apply:

Education:
Diploma or B.E. (Mechanical / EEE / Automobile preferred).?
Experience:
0 to 3 Years. (Freshers with a passion for sales are welcome).?
Mandatory:
Must own a Two-Wheeler and a valid Driving License.?
Language:
Fluency in Tamil and English is must. (Hindi knowledge is a big plus).?
Skills:
Strong communication, confidence to speak with senior managers, and basic email/Excel knowledge.?
