We are seeking a skilled Sales Engineer with a strong background in technical sales and field visits. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between our sales and engineering teams, providing technical expertise and support to both our clients and internal teams. This role involves frequent travel to client sites to provide product demonstrations, technical assistance, and to establish strong customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
:
Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to prospective customers.
Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and propose tailored solutions.
Assist in the preparation of proposals, including technical specifications and pricing.
Provide technical support to customers during and after the sales process.
Conduct field visits to customer sites to troubleshoot issues and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with the engineering team to ensure customer requirements are met and to provide feedback on product performance.
Qualifications
:
Bachelor's degree in engineering (B.E/ B.sc/B. Tech).
Proven experience in technical sales and field visits, preferably in a similar industry.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to understand and explain complex concepts.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to travel frequently and work independently.
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
