Technical Sales Engineer - Pharma & Industrial Instrumentation (Pune / Central Region)

Experience Required: 2-9 Years

2-9 years

of field sales experience in instrumentation products (Temperature, Humidity, Data Loggers, Sensors). Prior sales experience in

Pharma sector

or

Industrial markets

preferred.

Salary:

Up to ₹12 LPA - depends on the interview and candidate's experience.

Key Responsibilities

Achieve sales targets across Pharma, HVAC/R, OEM, Industrial, Thermal Imaging, and other sectors. Conduct product demos, trials, technical presentations, and handle product-related clarifications. Prepare technical proposals and follow up to close sales opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the Central Region. Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate instrumentation solutions. Frequent field travel to customer sites for demos, installations support, and account follow-ups. Work closely with internal teams for pricing, technical support, and order execution.

Skills & Knowledge Required

Strong understanding of

Temperature & Humidity measurement instruments

. Knowledge of data logging software, cleanroom applications, and pharma guidelines is an advantage. Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation & presentation skills. Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to clients. Target-driven with strong persuasion and relationship-building abilities.

Special Working Conditions

High travel requirement -- approx. 80% travel (15-20 days per month).

Must be comfortable visiting pharma plants, manufacturing units, OEMs, and industrial clients.
