Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Technical Sales Engineer located in Mumbai. As a Technical Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for :

providing technical support, communication, and sales engineering expertise. Understand Customer requirement and provide appropriate product recommendation to customers. Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media Set up meetings with potential clients. Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services Create reviews and reports of sales data Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams

Qualifications

Technical Sales and Sales Engineering skills Strong technical support and communication abilities Experience in sales and customer relationship management Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills Ability to understand and explain technical concepts Experience in the Material Handling industry is a plus Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field
