Position Overview



Location: Mumbai, India

Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

Starting Date: 1st September latest

Salary: ?30,000 - ?60,000 per month + Performance Bonus

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:



Account Management



Manage and nurture relationships with existing prestigious clients in the Indian market, including global leaders in Cable Machinery, Materials Manufacturing, and Pharmaceutical Industries Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key stakeholders to drive sales growth and enhance customer service Identify and capitalize on cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing accounts

Business Development



Drive new business acquisition in India and South Asia markets Achieve and exceed monthly revenue targets through strategic client acquisition Implement organizational sales solutions for key target clients in the region Contribute to regional sales productivity enhancement initiatives Work independently to manage and achieve sales targets

Experience



Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in B2B Sales and Operations Management Demonstrated track record in industrial/manufacturing sector sales Experience in managing key account relationships Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets

Preferred Qualifications



Experience in Wire & Cable Industry Knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing processes Experience in managing office operations Mumbai-based candidates preferred for better operational management (or North/South India)
