Job Responsibilities:

Drive technical sales of hydraulic tools, lubrication systems, aerial work platforms, and related industrial equipment.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with OEMs, end-users, and distributors.

Understand customer requirements, propose suitable solutions, and provide demonstrations.

Provide after-sales service coordination, technical support, and troubleshooting.

Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and contribute to business growth in assigned territory.

Conduct competitor analysis and report market trends.

Coordinate with internal service and logistics teams for smooth order execution.

Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and tenders when required.

Key Requirements:

Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.

Minimum 2 years of experience in sales and service of industrial/hydraulic tools, lubrication systems, aerial work platforms, or similar equipment.

Strong technical acumen with hands-on experience in field servicing or demonstration of such equipment.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Ability to travel within the assigned region.

Candidates with experience in competing firms or directly in this product segment will be given preference.
