Role Objective



Seek a results-oriented

Mechanical Engineer

to drive B2B revenue through technical sales of heat exchangers and process equipments, bridging engineering expertise with commercial strategy.

Key Responsibilities



Technical Sales:

Interpret client specs to promote Heat Exchangers, Blowers, and HVAC products; deliver presentations and assist in product selection.

Business Development:

Build relationships in Chemical, Oil & Gas, Food processing, Pharma, and Power sectors; manage prospecting via events and digital outreach.

Collaboration:

Work with design teams to offer custom solutions; optimize lead times and manage pipelines.

Market Intelligence:

Monitor competitor trends to refine pricing and value propositions.

Candidate Profile



Education:

BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (Mandatory).

Experience:

Proven technical sales background in industrial process equipment.

Skills:

Proficiency in reading P&ID/GA drawings, manufacturing processes, negotiation, and software.

Requirement:

Enjoys travelling extensively for site visits.

Mindset:

Problem solver and trusted technical companion.
