Sales Process Management :
Managing the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals. Preparing quotes, proposals, and contracts. Following up on sales leads and providing ongoing support to customers.
Technical Support :
Providing technical support to customers, including installation, training, and troubleshooting. Collaborating with the service team to ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaboration :
Working closely with the engineering, marketing, and service teams to achieve sales targets and ensure customer success.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Knowledge :
Solid understanding of laser technology, specifically laser marking machines and their applications.
Sales Skills :
Proven ability to identify, qualify, and close sales leads. Experience in technical sales, preferably in the industrial equipment or manufacturing sector.
Communication Skills :
Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers, present technical information, and build relationships.
Problem-Solving :
Strong problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
Organizational Skills :
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
