Key Responsibilities:
Convert B2B leads from IndiaMART and company database into active clients.
Conduct field visits and product presentations to potential customers.
Handle technical queries and suggest appropriate product solutions.
Prepare quotations, follow up with clients, and close sales deals.
Maintain regular email communication with clients for follow-up and service.
Work under target-based sales goals and achieve assigned sales numbers.
Collaborate with internal departments (production, accounts, logistics) to ensure smooth order execution.
Attend industry events and exhibitions for business development.

Requirements:
MBA in Marketing (Fresher welcome)
Prior engineering sales experience or internship is required
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficient in handling client communication through email and field visits
Comfortable working in a target-oriented environment
Must be ready for frequent field travel (local & outstation)
Salary:
As per company norms (Incentives on achieving targets)
