Job Profile
The Technical Sales Engineer - UPS Division will be responsible for promoting and selling UPS systems and power backup solutions to clients across industrial, commercial, and institutional sectors. The role demands strong technical knowledge of UPS systems along with the ability to build customer relationships and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop new business opportunities and generate leads for UPS solutions in the assigned region.
Conduct client meetings, understand requirements, and propose suitable UPS solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Collaborate with technical and service teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers for repeat business.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and market intelligence to management.
Qualification & Experience
B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field.
MBA in Marketing/Sales will be an added advantage.
1-3 years of experience in sales of UPS systems, power backup, or electrical products (freshers with strong technical knowledge may also be considered).
