Role Overview
We are seeking a Technical Sales Engineer to drive sales and provide technical solutions in the lubricants and specialty chemicals sector. The role requires strong sales acumen, technical expertise, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned territory, develop sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets.
Identify new business opportunities in automotive, industrial, marine, and manufacturing sectors.
Prepare and deliver technical proposals, product demonstrations, and presentations.
Provide on-site technical support, troubleshooting, and product optimization.
Maintain customer relationships, negotiate contracts, and gather market intelligence.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, documentation accuracy, and safety protocols.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related field.
3-5 years' B2B technical sales experience in lubricants or specialty chemicals.
Knowledge of lubricant chemistry, tribology, and industry standards.
Strong consultative selling, CRM proficiency, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, results-driven, adaptable, and excellent in communication (English & local languages).
