Role Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Executive to drive sales of Marine Engines across the Andhra Pradesh and Odisha regions. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential customers, developing relationships with key stakeholders in the marine and shipping industries, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Promote and sell Marine Engines to marine vessel manufacturers, shipyards, and related businesses in the region. Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and industry players. Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through market research and networking. Conduct product presentations and demos highlighting features and benefits of Marine Engines. Prepare and negotiate sales proposals, contracts, and quotations. Collaborate with the service and logistics teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Attend regional trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to enhance brand visibility. Regularly report on sales activities, market trends, and competitor analysis to management.
Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in marine engines, heavy machinery, or automotive sectors. Strong understanding of marine engine technology and applications is an advantage. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven with the ability to work independently. Knowledge of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha markets and business culture. Willingness to travel extensively within the region.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
