QUALIFICATION Diploma/ITI/B. TECH/ B.E IN MECHANICAL/ ELECTRONICS/ ELECTRICAL/ INSTRUMENTATION

EXPERIENCE 2-3 YRS

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Utilize company resources to develop a filing system that keeps all active sales files available digitally and in hard copy form Take the lead on organizing the resources necessary to put together high-quality sales presentations Ensure the inventory of custom sales presentation materials such as brochures and presentation folders are always up to date Act as the primary customer service contact for clients who have questions about their accounts or our products Work with other departments within the company to bring in additional help on creating sales presentations when needed Maintaining regular contact with existing customers. Travelling to the customer's location to talk about our product range. Demonstrating the technical features and benefits of our products. Advising customers on technology upgrades and related products. Maintaining strong customer relations.

KEY COMPETENCIES

Bachelor's degree in mechanical, electrical, electronics (preferred).

Experience in engineering or process industry sector, preferably with thermal, water, process, automobile, oil & gas etc. Ability to acquire customer trust, understanding of different cultures and following business ethics are basic traits of this job requirement. Sales & Negotiation Skills, Presentation skills, Competition Analysis and Strategy skills
Communication skills & Critical Thinking,Interdepartmental communication
Strong Business Acumen & Sound Judgement

Analytical thinking and problem solving.

Language proficiency is must - ENGLISH, MALAYALAM, HINDI
