We are seeking a
Technical Sales Engineer
with strong technical knowledge and proven experience in sales & marketing. The candidate will be responsible for building and maintaining customer relationships, preparing sales presentations, and providing technical solutions to clients across industries.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain digital and physical filing systems for active sales files.
Organize and prepare high-quality technical sales presentations.
Ensure all sales materials, brochures, and presentations are up to date.
Act as the first point of contact for customer service queries regarding products and accounts.
Collaborate with other departments to prepare customized sales support.
Maintain strong, regular contact with existing customers to ensure long-term relations.
Travel to customer sites to present products, explain technical features, and provide solutions.
Advise clients on product upgrades and related solutions.
Build and sustain long-term business relationships with clients.
Key Competencies
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics (preferred).
2-3 years of experience in engineering or process industries (thermal, water, automobile, oil & gas, etc.).
Strong customer relationship-building skills and cultural awareness.
Excellent
sales, negotiation, and presentation skills
.
Competence in competition analysis and sales strategy.
Strong communication and interdepartmental coordination skills.
Business acumen, critical thinking, and sound judgment.
Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in
English and Hindi
is mandatory.
