What you will do.

Generate leads and inquiries from customers and convert them into confirmed sales orders through technical consultation and product knowledge. Explain technical product features, specifications, and benefits in a simple, customer-friendly manner. Promote Noble Bison products through direct interactions, technical demonstrations, and consistent follow-ups. Provide after-sales support, including technical assistance, to help customers resolve queries or product-related issues. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales volume and revenue targets. Support promotional and marketing activities to enhance brand visibility and communicate technical differentiators to the market.

What we are looking for.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction, Material Science, or a related field preferred. Proven experience in technical sales in B2C markets, preferably with construction materials or similar products. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain technical concepts in simple terms. Customer-focused with problem-solving abilities. Knowledge of CRM tools and sales reporting methods.
