We are looking for a motivated and tech-savvy

Technical Sales Associate

to join our international sales team and help expand our global footprint.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and respond to

international sales inquiries

. Understand and explain

technical product specifications

clearly to international buyers. Prepare

quotations, pricing sheets

and respond to RFQs. Handle

lead generation, sales follow-ups, and client communication

via email, WhatsApp, and video calls. Coordinate with logistics and operations team to ensure timely dispatch and compliance with export documentation. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales pipelines, and follow-ups using CRM tools. Assist in

business development

, identifying new markets and international distributors/resellers.

Skills & Qualifications:

Strong written and verbal communication in

English

(mandatory). Basic technical knowledge of

electronics, hardware, and networking products

. Prior experience in

B2B technical sales

or

international client handling

is preferred. Familiarity with export procedures, Incoterms, and platforms like Alibaba is a strong plus. Proficiency in

Excel, CRM tools, and business communication

. Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in business administration, Electronics, IT, or a related field.
