Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Technical, Maintenance & Safety Officer to lead our cold storage unit's technical operations. The ideal candidate should have expertise in ammonia and freon refrigeration systems, a strong understanding of safety protocols, and excellent leadership skills.

Responsibilities:-

Technical Leadership:

- Oversee maintenance and operation of ammonia and freon refrigeration systems

- Ensure optimal system performance, efficiency, and safety

Maintenance:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules

- Conduct regular inspections and repairs

Safety:

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols

- Conduct safety training and drills

- Investigate incidents and implement corrective actions

Team Management:

- Lead and supervise maintenance team

- Provide technical guidance and training

Requirements:-

Qualifications:

- Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field

- Proven experience in ammonia and freon refrigeration systems

Experience:

- Minimum 10+ years of experience in Technical and safety officer roles

- Experience in food industry or cold storage industry preferred.

Skills:

- Strong knowledge of refrigeration systems, safety protocols, and regulations

- Excellent leadership and communication skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹60,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
