Technical Recruiter

The technical recruiter is expected to source multiple candidates simultaneously for several positions. Must work during the night time (during PST time zone).
Engineering graduate with good communication skills is preferred.
Interest in making a career out of recruiting is required.

Good to Have:

Experience in technical sourcing/ recruiting. End-to-end recruiting experience preferred Experience in and passion for sourcing for Technical requirements. Strong research ability around competitive talent markets Proficient in MS Office & Adobe Acrobat; Ability to handle multiple demands and competing priorities Build trust with others by being consistent, making and keeping commitments, protecting confidences and treating others with respect Must be able to handle rejection well; overcome objections and determine best course of action Confident in networking; ability to build relationships with prospective candidates and organizations Time management and effective prioritization Strong business acumen and current on market trends Current with social technologies and candidate sourcing best practices and techniques Flexible & positive attitude; calm-under pressure Educational background in Computer science or HR, or Business or related field
