Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Technical Recruiter Domestic IT Hiring to manage end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical positions across domestic clients and projects. The ideal candidate should have strong exposure to hiring for software development, IT services, product engineering, and emerging technology roles within the Indian market.
Key Responsibilities Technical Recruiter (Domestic IT)

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for domestic IT and technical positions across multiple skill sets
  • Work closely with hiring managers and technical teams to understand job requirements and expectations
  • Develop effective sourcing strategies based on role, experience level, and project needs
  • Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, social media, and networking
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial HR and technical screening calls
  • Assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and role fit before shortlisting
  • Coordinate and schedule technical and managerial interviews
  • Collect, track, and communicate interview feedback to all stakeholders
  • Manage offer rollouts, salary negotiations, and follow-ups
  • Ensure timely closure of positions with high quality and joining ratio
  • Maintain strong candidate relationships and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future requirements
  • Update and maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS or tracking systems
  • Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and timelines
  • Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 3 8 years of experience in domestic IT / technical recruitment.
  • Proven experience hiring for software and IT roles across various technologies and skill levels.
  • Strong understanding of programming languages, frameworks, platforms, and current technology trends.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple requirements simultaneously, and meet hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.
