We are looking for a Technical Recruiter with 3-5 years of experience who can independently manage end-to-end IT hiring while also handling core HR and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced IT services environment and supporting both technical teams and business operations.
Technical Recruitment
Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT roles such as:
Cloud Engineers (AWS/Azure)
System & Network Engineers
Cybersecurity professionals
Developers, DevOps, Support Engineers, etc.
Understand technical requirements and work closely with hiring managers to finalize JD and skill expectations
Source candidates through:
Job portals
LinkedIn
Referrals
Recruitment vendors (if required)
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and coordinate technical interviews
Manage offer rollout, negotiation, and candidate closure
Maintain recruitment metrics (pipeline, TAT, offer-to-join ratio)
HR Operations & Employee Lifecycle
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities
Maintain employee records, HR documentation, and files
Handle attendance, leave records, and basic payroll coordination
Support performance appraisal cycles and feedback processes
Assist in drafting HR policies and maintaining compliance
Admin & Office Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for office administration needs
Support travel, asset allocation, and basic facilities management
Act as a point of contact for internal HR/admin-related queries
Ensure smooth day-to-day HR and admin operations
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
