Your Mission: Build the Engine that Powers Talent Acquisition:



We are looking for a

Technical Recruiter

who will be the driving force behind building and scaling our tech and analytics teams.

Your mission is to identify, attract, and onboard the best technical talent -- from data engineers and software developers to analytics professionals -- who can help power Varahe's data and technology-led operations. You won't just fill positions; you'll help shape the organization's technical foundation.

Your Core Responsibilities:



Own the End-to-End Tech Hiring Cycle:

Manage recruitment for roles such as data analysts, data engineers, and software developers -- from sourcing to offer rollout.

Build and Nurture Talent Pipelines:

Source proactively using platform like LinkedIn Recruiter and others. Engage with passive candidates and maintain an internal database of pre-vetted profiles.

Campus Hiring & Internship Management:

Coordinate and execute

campus recruitment drives

and manage internship programs to build early-career pipelines for technology roles.

Collaborate with Hiring Managers:

Work closely with internal stakeholders to define role requirements, shortlist candidates, and coordinate technical assessments and interviews.

Negotiate and Close Offers:

Handle salary negotiations and ensure candidate alignment with company policies and project budgets.

Stakeholder & Vendor Management:

Partner with internal teams and external recruitment vendors to ensure timely closures, effective coordination, and smooth hiring operations.

Optimize Recruitment Processes:

Use tools like Excel, Google Sheets, or ATS platforms to maintain hiring dashboards, reports, and trackers. Suggest process improvements to enhance speed and efficiency.

What You'll Bring (Skills & Experience):



Proven experience in

technical or IT recruitment

, preferably within analytics, software, or consulting. Understanding of

technical skills and tools

(e.g., Python, SQL, Power BI, Java, etc.). Hands-on experience using

LinkedIn Recruiter, job portals, and ATS platforms

. Proficiency in

MS Excel / Google Sheets

for reporting and analytics. Excellent

communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation

skills. Ability to handle multiple hiring pipelines under tight deadlines. Proficiency in

English and Hindi

is mandatory.

Good to Have:



Experience in

bulk and niche tech hiring

, as well as campus and internship programs. Familiarity with

HR analytics, Boolean search, and recruitment automation tools

. Basic understanding of

India's political and digital ecosystem

. Bachelor's or Master's degree in

Human Resources, Computer Science, or a related field

. Good communication skills are required. The candidate should be open to travel as needed.

Role Expectations:



Minimum Experience of 3+ years is required. The work profile will comprise approximately

60% recruitment responsibilities

and

40% operational tasks

. Strong ownership of technical hiring deliverables and reporting. Data-driven approach to recruitment and candidate tracking. Willingness to

travel

as per project requirements.
