are looking for a passionate IT Recruiter to join our team and support our domestic hiring

operations.

Role Overview



The IT Recruiter (Domestic Hiring) will be responsible for handling end-to-end recruitment for

various technical roles across our Indian clients. The role requires strong sourcing capabilities,

excellent communication, and a deep understanding of IT skills and market trends.

Key Responsibilities



1. Talent Acquisition & Sourcing



Source qualified candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals,

social media, and internal databases.

Use advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, for niche/critical IT roles.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for recurring requirements.

2. Screening & Evaluation



Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate skills, experience, and fit.

Evaluate candidates for roles such as Java Developer, .NET Developer, DevOps Engineer, Cloud Engineer, QA, Data Engineer, etc.

3. Coordination & Hiring Process



Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.

Follow up for feedback, clarify requirements, and ensure smooth communication.

4. Documentation & Compliance



Ensure proper documentation, candidate tracking, and candidate data management.

Maintain accurate records in ATS/Excel and generate daily/weekly MIS reports.

Track metrics such as TAT, offer-to-join ratio, and sourcing efficiency.

5. Client Coordination



Understand client requirements, JD updates, and hiring priorities.

Provide timely updates on candidate status and recruitment progress.

Build strong relationships with client hiring managers.

Required Skills & Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field.

1-3 years of experience in IT recruitment (Domestic hiring within India).

Strong understanding of IT skills, stacks, and current market trends.

Proficiency in job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed) and Boolean search.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple requirements.

Ability to work in a target-driven and fast-paced environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹27,000.00 per month
